Cancelation Policy:
There is a limited amount of space available at Winter Wonderland Camp. To support families I do not ask for deposits and offer payment plans, In return, I ask for your support in understanding that by signing up you are reserving a spot and are expected to pay in full regardless of cancelations on your end.
You may cancel within the first 24 hours of signing up. Otherwise there is no refunds.
There are no refunds for missed days due to illness, lack of participation, or any other last minute cancelations.
Sprouting Spirits will issue a refund for missed days if the camp is canceled for any reason.
